A friend and I have been doing a bookstudy on We Shall See Him As He Is: The Spiritual Autobiography of Elder Sophrony .
This is a very rich book, full of deep insight. Which incidentally we carry at Heavenly Ladder Books.
Here is to me a powerful statement from that book:
